Hello Heroes’,

Welcome to February! Our ski program is winding up soon with February 8th being the last day. It has been a great activity so far with well-behaved students and no accidents. Good job! It is important that we represent our school well when we are out in the community.

On Monday February 6th, right after school there will be a Math workshop for parents sponsored by the Yamaska Literacy Council. Babysitting services are available. Come and find out how to help your child with Math!

Some of our Cycle 3 students have been out recently hiking in Sutton with the PENS program. They are learning about the environment in mountainous forest setting. This is their second visit into the park nature reserve.

Ms. Bates’ grade 6 class was able to raise $954 with cookbook sales! This means that their yearbook costs are covered for this years’ edition. They would like to thank everyone who bought and sold cookbooks.

I was told that Cycle One movie night was a huge success! Thanks parents for supporting our school. The funds from this event will help offset the costs associated with a fun activity day for Cycle One. They are planning an outing to Grimpe et Partout on Friday February 24th, just before the March break.
